ActiveX Control Property Page
- Each ActiveX control that has OPC capabilities enabled (see list) will include an OPC tab as shown below.
On the OPC tab you can connect as many OPC items to the control's properties
as you like, through the simple point and click user interface. Simply click the Add
button, pick a property, then pick the computer, OPC server, item and set the update rate and you're done.
Server Browser - Shows available OPC servers on connected computer
Property Browser
- shows the properties available for binding to OPC items on the current ActiveX control.
Item Browser
- shows available items on the chosen OPC server in a heirarchical,
intuitive format - double click on the desired property to choose the item for connection.
